At last! The drains being cleared!
On the last day of April a team of Council workers were clearing the drain on the lane leading to Nicholson's bridge over the canal. Does this really mean the end of the terrible state of the lane leading to the bridge? Do we no longer have to wear waders and a mask to cross the canal?
