I  completed the Edinburgh marathon in 3 hours 52 minutes and 17 seconds which was a 42 minute improvement on my time at London last year.

I managed to get round without too much of the dreaded cramp even though 14 miles of the run was into a headwind up the coast.Luckily in the last 8 miles the wind was behind me pushing me on to the finish line.So far ive collected in over £300 for Marie Curie, thanks to everyone who sponsored me and to those that didnt but would still like to the link is still open for donations.
