Minutes of an Open Parish Council Meeting held on Wednesday 5th July 2006

in the Village Hall at 8.45pm.

1) Apologies

2) Declaration of interest

None received



3) Adoption of minutes Tuesday 23rd May 2006

It was agreed that, due to the short time given to the Councillors to read the Minutes, that the Minutes would be adopted at the next meeting, due on 18th July, 2006



4) Approval of accounts to be sent to Mazars.

The figures having been approved at the previous meeting, apart from an adjustment of 0.40p interest received, were signed by the Chair and will now be forwarded to Mazars. The Clerk confirmed that there would be no charge for the internal audit.



5) Response to the Plan the future with Us questionnaire.

It was proposed by Cllr. Jowitt and seconded by Cllr. O Connell that the response agreed at the open meeting should be forwarded to H.B.C. as the view of public meeting.
